2. Ordering, Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing.
Once a proof is approved, Sticker Outfitter is not liable for any errors (including spelling, colors, or design mistakes) in the final product.
If no proof is required for your order, production will proceed based on the design details submitted.
Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship via USPS First Class Mail (untracked) within the continental U.S. If you require tracking or a different shipping method, please contact us prior to ordering.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Sticker Outfitter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
Customers may opt for tracked or insured shipping for added security by contacting us.
3. Artwork, Copyright & Intellectual Property
Customers submitting artwork for printing warrant that they have full rights or permissions to use the design.
Sticker Outfitter does not verify copyright ownership and is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sticker Outfitter, Web Relevant, LLC, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions related to intellectual property disputes.
If we receive a copyright or trademark infringement claim, we reserve the right to remove the associated content and halt production of the order.
Notice & Take-Down Policy
If you believe that content on our site violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us with proper documentation. If a valid claim is identified, we will take reasonable action to remove or disable access to the material. Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal consequences.
4. Errors, Omissions & Limitations of Liability
Accuracy & Availability
We strive to provide accurate information but acknowledge that occasional pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or availability issues may occur.
If a product is mispriced due to technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Product Use & Limitations
Sticker Outfitter is not liable for any damages, financial losses, or legal consequences resulting from the use, application, or resale of our products.
We do not guarantee that our stickers are suitable for specific applications (e.g., outdoor durability, dishwasher safety, or exposure to extreme conditions). Customers should test products for their specific needs.
5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Satisfaction
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a reprint or store credit at our discretion.
Minor variations in color, size, and placement due to production processes do not qualify as defects.
6. Wholesale Orders & Resale
Retailers purchasing wholesale agree that Sticker Outfitter is not responsible for how they use, market, or sell the final product.
Any modifications made to the stickers after purchase (such as lamination, application to merchandise, or resale under another brand) are the retailer’s sole responsibility.
Wholesale orders may have separate terms and conditions that will be agreed upon before fulfillment.
7. Disputes, Cancellation, & Termination of Services
Dispute Resolution
We are a small business offering custom solutions at reasonable rates, and we ask that customers keep this in mind should a dispute arise.
While we will make every effort to address customer concerns, any and all legal disputes will be settled in a timely and cost-effective manner through a medium of Sticker Outfitter’s choosing, including but not limited to arbitration or small claims court in the State of Texas.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
Submission of offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse.
Harassment or abusive behavior toward Sticker Outfitter staff.
We also reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate business relationships at our sole discretion.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8. Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using our website, purchasing products, or submitting artwork, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to hold Sticker Outfitter harmless from any liability, loss, or damages arising from your use of our site, products, or associated third-party services.
Effective Date & Policy Review Statement
These policies were originally created on June 1, 2022, and are reviewed bi-annually to ensure clarity and continued relevance. They are considered evergreen and will automatically renew without requiring an update to reflect the last review date.
If you have concerns or believe a modification is necessary, you are welcome to contact us to discuss the matter. However, final decisions regarding policy changes remain at our sole discretion. If we are unable to agree on requested modifications, you may choose to discontinue doing business with us at your discretion.
